01 — PRODUCT LINES

Four lights that disappear into the room

Each fixture is developed to fit a specific furniture detail, not to be added afterwards. Custom housing, bezel and finish are part of the tooling.

Reading Light

Slim adjustable head, mounted on the headboard or wall panel. Warm, glare-controlled beam aimed at the page.

Six stages, all under our own control — which is why a change of detail in week three does not become a change of delivery date in week twelve.

    In-house mould design and fabrication for housings, bezels and diffusers.

    Injection

    Optical-grade PC and PMMA parts moulded on site, batch traceable.

    Assembly

    Two plants — Dongguan head office and Kunshan — for flexible capacity.

    Testing

    Photometric, ageing and safety testing, with records kept per batch.

    Export

    Documentation, certification files and shipment scheduling for US and EU programmes.

A lighting brand built inside a lighting factory

WEILUMEN is the hotel furniture lighting brand of the CAIWEI group. It exists because furniture manufacturers and hotel project teams kept asking the same thing: can the light be part of the casegood, instead of something added after installation?

We build it that way. Lighting is designed together with the furniture detail, moulded in our own tooling, assembled in our own plants, and shipped as a finished, tested unit.
